Scope of Work

Demolition:

Remove existing fortified bunker entrance from 15’above grade to 30’ below grade
24” thick concrete structure
Tie into existing bunker

Earthwork:

Strip site of existing vegetation and trees
Excavate and Stock Pile 30,000 yards of existing soils
Back fill basement walls and install french drain system

Underground:

Complete storm sewer systems
85’ underground bore, 19’ deep

Concrete:

120,000 sf two building built into the side of a hill
1,500 LF of 23’ tall basement walls
32 spread footings
37,000 sf of paving and drives
