Demolition:

• Remove existing fortified bunker entrance from 15’above grade to 30’ below grade
• 24” thick concrete structure
• Tie into existing bunker

Earthwork:

• Strip site of existing vegetation and trees
• Excavate and Stock Pile 30,000 yards of existing soils
• Back fill basement walls and install french drain system

Underground:

• Complete storm sewer systems
• 85’ underground bore, 19’ deep

Concrete:

• 120,000 sf two building built into the side of a hill
• 1,500 LF of 23’ tall basement walls
• 32 spread footings
• 37,000 sf of paving and drives
